Welcome to the Brooklyn Free Clinic!
We are here for you!
We are Brooklyn’s only student-run free clinic. Our clinic is fully run by SUNY Downstate medical, nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy students. A fully board-certified physician supervises all our work. We serve patients, 18 years and older, without medical insurance. If you don’t have medical insurance, but can qualify for medical insurance, we will try to assist you in accessing health coverage. We cannot, unfortunately, provide care to those who are covered by health insurance or individuals younger than 18 years old.
Are you a primary care physician?
We need YOU!
We are always looking for board-certified physicians able to volunteer with us. Please contact us today if you are interested in being a part of medical education and health care for the under-served populations of Brooklyn.
