Here at the BFC, the Physical Therapy team cares for people of all ages and abilities to improve fitness, function and overall health for our patients. Physical therapy evaluations and treatments are provided by student volunteers from the SUNY Downstate Doctoral Physical Therapy program under the supervision of a faculty member.
We create individual treatment plans to treat your health conditions and meet your personal goals. We also provide patient education and preventative treatments to help you avoid many health conditions before they even occur.
