Services at the Brooklyn Free Clinic
The Brooklyn Free Clinic does not provide emergency medical services. If you think you may be having a medical emergency dial 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
The Brooklyn Free Clinic (BFC) is an open doorway into the Healthcare System. If you are over 18 and have no health insurance, we will provide you with highest quality care to help you stay healthy, and to get you healthy if you are sick – all for FREE.
We will also help you find out if you are eligible for free or low cost health insurance; if you are, we will help you register – onsite - and treat you until you have health insurance. Due to limited resources, and since we would like to first see those who have no way to get healthcare, the Brooklyn Free Clinic (BFC) cannot see insured patients.
The BFC is a primary care, internal medicine clinic.
