Dear BFC Community,
The Brooklyn Free Clinic and all of the volunteers whose hard work makes the clinic run will be recognized at an event on Thursday, May 19, 2011. All of those in the BFC community who are able to attend are encouraged to do so. There will be presentations made on the Brooklyn Free Clinic, BFCCares, and other student-run organizations at SUNY Downstate and members of the faculty and administration will be present. A wine and cheese reception will follow in the Grove (weather permitting). Here is all the information:
What: "A Celebration of Student Achievements in the College of Medicine"; co-sponsored by Med Council, the Executive Committee of the Faculty and Professional Staff and the Division of Humanities in Medicine
When: Thursday, May 19 from 4-6 pm
Where: Alumni Auditorium followed by a reception in the Grove (weather permitting)
