We do NOT offer OB or prenatal care. If you need OB or prenatal care but are uninsured, please contact our social worker for information on health clinics that will be able to serve you.

Scheduling an Appointment

We are currently scheduling in person and telemedicine appointments.

Appointments are available every Wednesday beginning at 4:30 pm.

New Patients

Our new patient appointments are always scheduled with our primary care clinic. Once you have been evaluated at our clinic, we will refer you for specialty services as needed. For now, you will be meeting for a in person/telehealth appointment and then, after your appointment you may be sent for labs/testing and/or referred for specialty services as needed.

On the Day of Your Appointment – If you have to cancel or anticipate being late for your scheduled appointment, please call us to let us know at 347-688-6655.

Please understand, if you arrive more than 45 minutes late for a scheduled appointment we may not be able to see you.

Walk-ins – We strongly encourage you to contact us to make an appointment before arriving. However, we do understand that sometimes you can’t plan ahead, so every Wednesday, we accept a limited number of walk-ins, beginning at 5:30 pm. Walk-in patients must arrive by 6:00 pm. We recommend that you arrive as close to 5:30 pm as possible. Though we do our best to see walk-in patients, we must prioritize those with scheduled appointments.

Due to these time constraints, there is a possibility you may not be seen as a walk-in. We do not accept walk-ins for those patients needing a physical examination. If you need a physical performed, you must make an appointment beforehand.
