Through our medication assistance program we are able to offer over 150 commonly prescribed medications free of cost to all of our patients. This is made possible by generous donations from: the Joydeep Sarkar Memorial Fund, the Barman’s Fund, and the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.
If you are eligible for our Medication Assistance Program, you may fill this prescription for free only at Life Care Pharmacy, located at 1337 Nostrand Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11226.
