Offers FREE services: To access free clinic services, individuals must walk in to Sidney Hillman Family Practice M-F 8:30am-6pm to screen for eligibility with a social worker. They must bring ID, proof of address, and proof of income. Once found eligible, patients can make an appointment at the free clinic.
If you are pregnant, you may be eligible for medicaid! If you need documentation of pregnancy for Medicare eligibility, you can walk-in for care at University Hospital, 1st floor, Suite G, Monday-Friday 9am – 2pm.
