In addition to evaluating and treating a broad range of orthopedic and neurological conditions, we also offer specialized physical therapy consultations for individuals with dizziness, vertigo, and vestibular (inner ear) conditions under the supervision of a physical therapist who is Herdman-certified in vestibular rehabilitation.

Physical therapy consultations are provided by student volunteers from SUNY Downstate’s Doctoral Physical Therapy Program under supervision of a faculty member who is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy and Herdman certified in vestibular rehabilitation.

Educational Services
We offer a wide range of educational services, including diabetic foot care education & sensation testing, pre-prosthetic management of amputations education, prosthetic evaluation and training, fall risk assessment, and gait & ambulation training. We also provide home exercise prescriptions.
